House Cleaners

Do you clean your own house or do you hire someone to clean your house? If you hire someone, do you or have you hired a franchised company to do the work? In the book, the author works for a franchised company and it appears that that company cut corners when it did the cleaning (using little water, for example). Do you think that the author's experience, or her telling of the story of her experience, would have been different if she had worked for a smaller company or worked on her own as a house cleaner?
