Working for minimum wage

Have you worked at a minimum wage job or do you currently work at a minimum wage job? Did you (or do you) feel the anger that the author seems to feel about the situation?

Whenever I've worked at the minimum wage I've always been a dependent...I couldn't imagine trying to support *myself* much less children!
